1 Order Cancellation

At Tastewala Food Factory, we maintain strict quality standards for all our food products. Under normal circumstances, no refund or replacement is provided for:
- Orders that are already shipped or in-transit.
- Orders that have been delivered successfully.
- Issues arising from improper storage after delivery.
3 Exception Cases
A refund or replacement may be considered only in the following specific scenarios:
- Wrong product delivered: If the item received is different from what was ordered.
- Damaged condition: If the product packaging is leaked or broken upon arrival.
- Missing items: If an item is missing from your parcel.
4 Refund Process
Once a refund request is raised through our support channels:
- Our quality control team will verify and investigate the claim.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- The amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method.
