1 Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver our premium pickles and traditional food products only within India. International shipping is currently unavailable.

2 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Processing begins only after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3 Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery is usually within 2–7 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note that the final timeline depends on your specific location and the efficiency of our courier partners.

5 Order Tracking

Transparency is our priority. Once your order is handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a Tracking ID via SMS and Email. You can track your shipment in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.

6 Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier operational issues, or remote area logistics. Tastewala Food Factory is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics services.

7 Exchange Policy

❌ No Exchanges: Due to health and hygiene reasons related to food products, we do not offer exchanges on any items.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please refer immediately to our Cancellation & Refund Policy to initiate a claim.
