Are your products completely homemade?
Yes! All our products are prepared using traditional homemade-style methods with extreme focus on hygiene, purity, and personal care.
Do your products contain preservatives?
No, we do not use any artificial preservatives. We rely on traditional natural preservation techniques using salt, oil, and sun-drying to maintain quality and taste.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking for a secure checkout experience.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled as we immediately begin the packaging and dispatch process.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery across India usually takes 2–7 working days depending on your specific location and courier service availability.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or Email. You can use this ID to track your order in real-time.

How should I store Tastewala pickles?
Store the jars in a cool, dry place. Most importantly, always use a clean and completely dry spoon to maintain freshness and prevent spoilage.
What is the shelf life?
Since we don't use chemical preservatives, the shelf life generally ranges from 6 to 12 months when stored properly in a dry environment.
